Ambic Stem Challenge 2025

Ambic is a leading bespoke furniture manufacturer located in the North East of England, renowned for producing high-quality, custom-made furniture solutions. With the skills and resources to design and build almost any type of furniture, Ambic prides itself on craftsmanship, flexibility, and attention to detail. In 2022, as part of its commitment to supporting the local community, Ambic launched an exciting initiative aimed at young people: a schools competition that encouraged students to design their own unique piece of educational furniture. This competition not only inspired creativity and innovation among local schoolchildren but also offered them the chance to see their ideas brought to life by skilled professionals. The project reflected Ambic’s dedication to nurturing talent and giving back to the communities it serves.

House of Stitch is proud to have been invited to participate in the 2025 AMBIC STEM Challenge, an inspiring initiative that encourages innovation, creativity, and problem-solving among young people. As part of our involvement, we will be collaborating closely with event partners to co-design and produce bespoke t-shirts for participants.

These t-shirts will feature high-quality direct-to-film (DTF) transfer logos of the partner organisations on the front chest, along with a bold and eye-catching STEM Challenge logo printed across the back. Our goal is to create garments that not only look great but also reflect the spirit of teamwork and achievement that this challenge represents.

In addition to producing the t-shirts, members of the House of Stitch team will be visiting several finalist schools across the North East during July. We’ll be on hand to provide support during event days, helping to ensure that activities run smoothly and that students have an enjoyable and memorable experience.
