How long will it take to make my items?
Our turnaround time is around 7-10 Days from approval of the design
Do you offer Embroidery and Printed items?
Yes we offer both services, we have the capacity to embroider small or large orders .
we also offer the Sublimination printing services where we have your image printed and then applied to the clothing items of choice.
What are your opening times?
Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm
Saturday 9am - 1pm

Logos and Images
Will I need to have my logo digitised?
You may need to have you imaged digitised if your previous clothing provider has not supplied you with the files.
We offer a digitising service at a standard rate of £12.50. However if you place an order with for over £100 then we will cover this cost for you.
you will just need to provide us with an image of your logo.
What format images will I need to send?
Digitising for embroidery
JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, AI
Images for printed items
.ai and .eps
Do you offer different placements and sizes for my logo?
Yes we offer multiple placements for your embroidery and print.
- Front Left Chest - 70mm-120mm width
- Front Right Chest - 70mm-120mm width
- Upper Back - maximum 220mm width and height
- Upper arms Left or Right - 50mm-90mm
As a quick guide, we recommend that you do not have large embroidery on thinner items of clothing such as T-shirts and Polo shirts as they can distort after being washed.
We suggest you print on the back of T-shirts and Polo shirts.
Delivery
Can I collect my order?
Yes of course, we're located in Durham but please contact us prior to arrival to make sure we have your order ready for collection.
What do you charge for delivery?
We have a flat rate of £8.95 for orders under £100, anything over £100 is eligible for free delivery.
What delivery companies do you use?
Our trusted delivery partners are Royal mail, DPD and Evri.
Returns
What is your return policy?
We have a 14-day return policy for non-customised products, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Can I get a refund on my items?
Yes we offer a 14 Day refund policy on none decorated items.
Bespoke Items cannot be returned unless there is an issue with the item.
Ordering an incorrect size which has been decorated unfortunately cannot be returned.

How do I make a return?

When will I recieve my refund?
Once the steps have been followed and a return has been accepted and inspected you can expect funds to be back into your account from same day up to 15 days depending on the banks checks and delays.
