Below you will find the best ways to send images to us ready for printing and embroidery
Digitising
Digitising is where our embroidery machines flow a path in order to lay stitches out to form a design, its a manual process where we redraw a graphic or logo design.
Formats that we use are
.dst
Other formats are accepted however these may need to be digitised to work on our machines at a standard one off charge of £12.50 per logo design

JPG, BMP, TIF, EPS, AI
DTF Heat Transfer
Vector Illustrator .Ai and .EPS files are the recommended file types. The distinction between vectors and other formats is clear.
When zooming into a vector, no jagged edges or distortion will be evident. By contrast, zooming into a bitmap will reveal blocky edges.

Left Chest
Left Chest is the most popular location and therefore we offer this as the standard position to place the logo or text.
Left Chest Logo size - 70mm to 100mm width
Right Chest
Right chest is the second most common area for embroidery as its usually used for additional information such as names and telephone numbers.
Right Chest Logo size - 70mm to 100mm width
Large Back
Upper Back closely follows for an ideal position due to the visibility of the logo.
Upper Back Logo size - Common size is 220mm in width and height
Front Middle Chest
Front Middle Chest is the least popular position for a logo, however it is an ideal position for a large design or graphic when it comes to complicated and complex designs with a large amount of detail.

Shoulders and Sleeves
Shoulders and Sleeves are a great area to promote extra entities for your business, for instance you can display your social media information, telephone numbers or services your company provides. We recommend that you have no more than two to three logos or per sleeve to avoid overloading them with information.
